The history of film can be traced back to France although if your sitting in one of the many London apartments wondering where your slice of the action is, then fear not. London may not hold all the glamour of Hollywood but it still retains a heritage of film making and some great titles have sprung from the UK. Who can say they've never seen a Bond film – a good British export, contrary to the opinion of Dr. No. Films are now better than ever and covering more genres and themes than ever before. Whilst the old classics and great films of the past may well continue to stand out, we will never see the end of innovation and great new talent emerging from the UK. |
